I am an independent dispatcher and I have partnered with TAFS Factoring company. TAFS compensates me for referring new carriers that sign up with their factoring. I notice that when a broker absolutely has to have over 96' clearance, the broker will pay a better CPM but if a broker can fit the freight on a box truck, the broker will try to pay bare minimum that is so low that a 26' box truck would have to run 3 other loads to make any money. Brokers are literally trying to have their freight moved at the expense of another load.
