Just a fyi as of monday 8/31 qb will be off line as we transition to the new software.

I still have many many folks that have outstanding balances if payments are not made by then you will have to call and I will take you payment thru the new system.

First let me apologize for last week.
Im not sure what what all happened but yes trash was missed and I fired 2 drivers we are training new drivers and will and should be back on track this week. Again I apologize not sure and have no excuses for that but we will do better for sure.

Ive made the decision I will ending the auto pay feature with a financial institution. Angela will be in touch with all those affected by this. Another quarter full of problems and this is stopping as of now.
