Headquartered in Stockton, CA., Antonini Enterprises is a premier carrier in the San Joaquin Valley. We are a family owned business established in 1926.

We haul various commodities out of 5 terminals throughout Northern California. The origin of the Antonini Companies begins in 1891 with the birth of Virgilio Antonini in Castiglione Chiavarese, a small town in northern Italy. With a dream of a better life, Virgilio came to America in 1909 and made his way from the East Coast to San Francisco before settling in Stockton, California, a burgeoning agricultural community in the San Joaquin Valley. After working on a farm for a short period of time, he soon managed to purchase his own farm. Realizing the importance of getting his and other farmers’ products to market and recognizing an opportunity to provide a necessary service to the community, Virgilio started Antonini Fruit Express in 1926, the foundation of what has become the Antonini Companies today. In celebration of our 100th year in business, we’re sharing moments that helped shape Antonini’s story.
There is a whole team behind the scenes keeping things moving.
Here, Karen is pictured with members of our accounting, safety, and HR teams. Their work supports everything out on the road and keeps the operation running day to day.
Many of these employees spent decades with Antonini. We are grateful for the time, effort, and care they put into the company.

Great relationships have always mattered.
Here, Rudy Antonini is pictured with his longtime friend and partner, Mr. Mattioli, looking over truck tires. Partnerships like this helped keep our equipment on the road and the work moving.
A lot of our history comes down to trust and long-standing relationships like this one.

California's almond harvest is another busy season for Antonini.
From orchards to processors, our drivers help move almonds where they need to go during harvest and throughout the year. It's part of the work we do every day to support California agriculture and keep the supply chain moving.
We're proud to be hauling California-grown commodities in our 100th year.

The men and women who fill this seat are vital to everything we do.
This National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we're recognizing the Antonini drivers who show up every day to keep freight moving. They deliver the products and materials our customers depend on, support California agriculture, and help keep our communities supplied.

Some things change, some things don’t.
This photo shows an early cab-over truck in our Stockton yard loaded with steel beams ready to head out. Over the years, Antonini hauled a range of steel products and supported industries across the state.
The trucks may look different today, but the goal is still the same. Show up, do the job right, and keep things moving.

In celebration of our 100th year in business, we’re sharing moments that helped shape Antonini’s story.
The job has never been limited to one kind of road.
Here, Rudy Antonini and his crew are hauling lumber through the mountains to another job site. It’s a good reminder of the kind of terrain and conditions our drivers have handled over the years.
At the end of the day, it has always been about getting the load where it needs to go and doing it right.
