Antonini Enterprises

Antonini Enterprises Headquartered in Stockton, CA., Antonini Enterprises is a premier carrier in the San Joaquin Valley. We are a family owned business established in 1926.

We haul various commodities out of 5 terminals throughout Northern California. The origin of the Antonini Companies begins in 1891 with the birth of Virgilio Antonini in Castiglione Chiavarese, a small town in northern Italy. With a dream of a better life, Virgilio came to America in 1909 and made his way from the East Coast to San Francisco before settling in Stockton, California, a burgeoning ag

ricultural community in the San Joaquin Valley. After working on a farm for a short period of time, he soon managed to purchase his own farm. Realizing the importance of getting his and other farmers’ products to market and recognizing an opportunity to provide a necessary service to the community, Virgilio started Antonini Fruit Express in 1926, the foundation of what has become the Antonini Companies today. We’re proud to share that Joseph Antonini, President of Antonini Enterprises, will be honored at the San Joaquin County Ag Hall of Fame for his longtime contributions to California agriculture and our community.
Joe grew up in the family trucking business and has spent his career helping shape Antonini Enterprises into a leading agricultural transportation company. Through the years, he has championed innovation, invested in new technology, supported the people who make agriculture possible, and advocated for the agricultural community.
But for Joe, success has never been just about business. He believes in giving back, mentoring others, supporting young people and families, and helping strengthen the communities we call home.
The San Joaquin County Ag Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made a lasting impact on our region’s agricultural heritage and future. We’re honored to see Joe’s years of hard work, leadership, innovation and service recognized in this way.

Tomato season is in full swing, and our team is hard at work keeping California's harvest moving.
After tomatoes arrive at the processing plant, they're unloaded and carried up conveyor belts to begin the canning process. Behind the scenes, Antonini drivers are working around the clock to deliver fresh loads from the fields, helping processors keep up with one of the busiest times of the year.
As we celebrate our 100th year, we're proud to support the growers, processors, and communities that make California agriculture thrive.

In celebration of our 100th year in business, we’re sharing moments that helped shape Antonini’s story.
Every mile starts in the shop.
Antonini has been lucky to have people who stick with us. Pictured here is John Arias with our Stockton mechanics team. John led the maintenance department for 33 years and brought a steady hand to the job every day.
Some of the people in this photo are still with us decades later. That kind of loyalty and teamwork is a big part of how we made it to 100 years.

🇺🇸 Today we celebrate 250 years of American independence and the values that move our country forward: hard work, determination, and opportunity.
As Antonini celebrates its 100th year, we're proud to be part of that story.

As summer approaches, our team is getting ready for one of the busiest times of the year.
Across our yards, equipment is being prepared, schedules are taking shape, and plans are in place to keep freight moving throughout the season. It takes a strong team on the road, in the shop, and in the office to make it all happen.
As part of that preparation, we're adding seasonal drivers and support staff in several locations.

The job has never been limited to one kind of road.
Here, Rudy Antonini and his crew are hauling lumber through the mountains to another job site. It’s a good reminder of the kind of terrain and conditions our drivers have handled over the years.
At the end of the day, it has always been about getting the load where it needs to go and doing it right.
