We have been told that a fiber line has been cut and has affected cell service and internet. We have no ETA. Dalton City, Bethany and Sharpsburg should still have service

Stonington, Dalton City, Moweaqua, and Bethany are having phone issues. If you call from a cell phone it is saying we are closed. We are NOT closed. We are here today. Blue Mound and Sharpsburg's phones are working if you need to get ahold of anyone. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are seeing a lot of false comments so we wanted to give an update. Last night the NS was picking up cars that we had loaded last week. While picking the cars up, 2 of those cars derailed. THERE WERE NO INJURIES!!!! Our employees are working hard to clean up the corn and the railroad is working on what happened and helping with the clean up.

We know the weather has been the question of the day. But after talking to Jim and some of our staff, we have decided to still have Jim Haines’s retirement party tonight at 5pm at the Blue Mound Civic Center. Please use caution and your best judgement. Jim is excited to see everyone and hopefully the snow will slow down!!
