Campground located about 20 miles west of Portsmouth and 90 miles east of Cincinnati on Us Hwy 52. We have 40 sites with electric, sewer and water, Six private restrooms with showers, a washer/dryer, a playground, and a boat ramp. We also have 3 cabin rentals and 2 camper rentals available.

There is some great progress on the new McCall Cabin here at Sandy Springs Campground, and we're especially excited about the covered deck overlooking the beautiful Ohio River! 😍

Just imagine sitting out here with your morning coffee, watching the barges pass by, or simply relaxing and enjoying the peaceful river views.

There's still work to be done, but we're excited to share the progress with everyone!

WEEKEND SCHEDULE CHANGE! 🎃

Mother Nature has decided to join in on the Halloween fun! 🌧️👻

Due to the rain forecast, we're switching things up at Sandy Springs Campground so everyone can enjoy the festivities! Normal check in is at 3pm but due to the circumstances anyone is welcome to arrive after noon without the early check in fee. To help you get set up and ready for trick or treat.

🕸️ FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9
🍬 Trick or Treat — 6:30–7:30 PM
💀 Spooky Trail — 7:30 PM

We've put a lot of work into bringing Camp Sandy Springs to life (or should we say back from the dead 💀), and we're not letting a little rain ruin our spooky fun!
