Me [knowing those bags won't stop a thing the way they're casually tossed in there]: "Well," I reply, "FMCSA and DOT sure seem to think so."

Today we are mourning the loss of Mr. Emil Dulin, Jr. A great loss felt most by the family he leaves behind and by the community of Monon, IN which he served as a volunteer firefighter; but also by our President, Ryan Groth, who worked side-by-side with Emil during his re-entry into over-the-road trucking. He was a fine driver and a good man.

It's not goodbye, just so long for now.

Rest in peace, Emil.
