➡PARTS MANAGER
Gordon Milk Transport is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Manager to join our team in Sugarcreek, Ohio. This position plays a key role in keeping our fleet operating efficiently by managing parts inventory, coordinating orders, and assisting with repair billing and documentation.
Responsibilities
• Order and track parts for truck and trailer maintenance and repairs
• Maintain organized inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Coordinate with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely availability of parts
• Receive, verify, and process incoming parts orders
• Prepare invoices for labor and parts related to repairs
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, repairs, and inventory usage
• Assist with vendor communication and pricing inquiries
• Support office operations as needed
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency required
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Previous parts, inventory, automotive, trucking, or maintenance experience preferred but not required
➡ BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE ADMIN
Gordon Milk Transport is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our office team in Sugarcreek, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a small office environment.
Responsibilities
•Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
•Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
•Perform data entry and account reconciliation
•Process payroll through QuickBooks
•Assist with month-end and year-end reporting activities
•Maintain organized financial and administrative records
•Support daily office operations and administrative functions
•Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Qualifications
•Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks required
•Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
•Self-motivated and capable of working independently
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
