Nighttime Lane Closures on State Route 37 (SR-37) for Vegetation Management from Solano to Sonoma County Line
Schedule: Starting on Sunday June 7 from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. the next mornings

SOLANO COUNTY & SONOMA COUNTY — Caltrans Maintenance has scheduled lane closures on Westbound and Eastbound State SR-37 for vegetation management and street sweeping from Sunday, June 7 until Thursday, June 11 from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. the next mornings from the Solano County line to the Sonoma County line. Motorists should expect 15-minute delays.

Caltrans is preparing the highway ahead of the busy summer season when motorists hit the road for destinations like the Napa and Sonoma valleys as well as the NASCAR races at Sears Point.

Schedule:

Work will be conducted in various locations:
• Sunday, June 7 – one-way traffic control from SR-37/SR-121 intersection to Noble Road
• Monday, June 8 – one-way traffic control from SR-37/121 intersection to Noble Road
• Tuesday, June 9 - moving lane closure for sweeping Westbound SR-37 from Walnut Avenue to Noble Road
• Wednesday, June 10 - moving lane closure for sweeping on Eastbound SR-37 from Noble Road to Walnut Avenue
• Thursday, June 11 – moving lane closure on Westbound and Eastbound SR-37 from Walnut Avenue to SR-37/121 intersection; final clean up where needed

The STA Call for Projects is now open. Up to $21 million in grant funding is available for local bicycle, pedestrian, transit, and roadway improvement projects in Solano County.

Nighttime Traffic Control on State Route-12 Eastbound and Westbound direction from Walters Road to Lambie Road until completion of the project.

SOLANO COUNTY — Caltrans Construction continues rehabilitation work on State Route – 12, On Monday, June 1, 2026, crews will start rubberized asphalt road paving. Paving the road with rubberized asphalt for a smoother, quieter surface. Eastbound and westbound lanes of State Route12 will be subject to one-way traffic control. With one lane open at a time alternating directions of traffic through the work zone.

Ending June 12,2026
Monday – Thursday from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
Friday from 09:00 PM to 05:00 AM

Weekend closures as needed
Saturday- Sunday from 09:00 PM to 08:00 AM

Daytime Single Lane Closures Along State Route 29 (SR-29) in Vallejo City, Solano County
Daily, Monday through Friday, at 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM

SOLANO COUNTY — Caltrans Construction continues to make progress on SR-29 (Sonoma Blvd) Complete Street and Rehabilitation Project. To ensure worker and public safety, there will be a single-lane closures (depending on where the work occurs). One city street will remain open in the direction of travel during the day. Work starts Monday, June 1, 2026, and continues to the end of June. will consist of medians being deconstructed from Mississippi Street to the Solano/Napa County Line just at Mini Dr. Please note the work will generate noise, dust, and vibrations.
