✨Team spotlight!✨

Katie Espinoza is one of our long-term transportation team members here at CTE. Going on eight years, Katie has done her fair share in her department. From quoting, booking, and managing shipments to communicating with clients and carriers. She also loves to help train our new employees to create a successful and efficient team.

Among many others on our team, Katie loves the family environment here at CTE. She says the biggest difference that sets CTE apart is how they make the workdays feel less “routine”, always having a fun competition, meeting or even to keep us rejuvenated.

In her free time, Katie loves spending time with her friends and family! She enjoys, cooking, picking up a good book, spending time outdoors, whether its gardening or camping, and spending time with her two kids!

✨Team spotlight!✨

Frank Griffin has been a Client Service Rep here at CTE for nearing 7 years! His day‑to‑day responsibilities at CTE include managing warehouse accounts, overseeing both shipping and receiving operations, and supporting many tasks. He also assists with I.T. related needs throughout both buildings!

What stands out most about working at CTE to Frank is how everyone consistently brings a mix of professionalism and teamwork which creates a work atmosphere that is both productive and enjoyable. He feels it’s rare to find a workplace where coworkers and leadership all contribute to a shared sense of community!

In his free time, he enjoys golfing, catching Mariners games, and working on cars. One thing he absolutely can’t live without is cheese! He says it’s a simple indulgence, but one he just can’t go without! His dream place to live is Switzerland! Frank loves the natural beauty and peaceful environment the country provides.
