This Gulf Stream walkon trip was one for the books! This groups energy was positive and focused on fishing. Two key factors for success! We pushed off the dock at 4am . Lines in the water by sunrise. Boom fish on mahi in the boat . Shortly after getting our spread back into position boom wahoo on baby and I mean a stud . Peeling line off the spool . Quick clear the spread . We gain some line back, so we thought then it makes another run . One fisherman's arm is gased out, while Rodney the rod holder is still going strong
Next man up gets it to the boat. The only thing left to do is land the fish with a perfect gaff shot to the shoulder, and it will take a trip home to the dinner table . Mission accomplished! Everyone is fist bumping and smiling from ear to ear . Then the shotgun reel goes off, and we are tight with a blackfin tuna . It doesn't get much better than that for me to share these special moments with such great people who come into my life through God's creation. One of our clients expressed how grateful he was for our group prayer before leaving the dock, and that will forever stick with me . Put God first, and he will always provide in many ways .
