The Environmental Field Technician is a key valued part of NEDT’s customer service team responsible for performing labor activities as necessary to assist in completing field projects at customer locations in New England.
This job involves manual labor activities including remediation, 24 – hour emergency spill response, chemical decontamination, underground storage tank cleaning, removal and/or closure, sample collection, and monitoring projects. Field technicians spend most of their time on their feet performing tasks such as loading and unloading equipment tools and supplies and filling containers with hazardous waste and other debris. Work activities are often performed in tight quarters while wearing personnel protective equipment including safety clothing and full-face respirators.
Plenty of overtime available to boost your take home pay.

NEDT (New England Disposal Technologies) seeks to hire a customer-friendly and eager individual as a full-time receptionist based out of our Sutton, MA headquarters.
Job Purpose: Supports sales and operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, providing basic customer service, and assisting the management team with administrative duties as requested.
Duties:
• Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers greeting, referring them to the appropriate person, or helping the customer by answering basic questions.
• Forward sales information by answering the telephone, receiving faxes; recording and delivering messages; date-stamping documents; pickup, receiving, preparing, and delivering mail and packages; maintaining postage meter.
• Presents a welcoming environment by keeping the reception area neat and clean.
• Provides office supplies and services by maintaining inventory; placing orders; arranging for equipment repairs; servicing equipment.
• Completes special sales projects by utilizing computer skills and organizing information and requirements, meeting schedules.
• Keeping Records in order
• Process customer credit applications

Hours and Pay:
• $17-$19/hr.
• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Mon – Fri

Our Class B Drivers operate box, roll off, vacuum, dump trucks and other equipment while performing driving and operating duties associated with projects such as industrial tank cleaning, facility shutdown, emergency spill cleanup and response, site remediation and will work outside year-round in all types of weather. These positions will drive an average of 50-70% of the time and will work onsite as part of the team assisting in the operations the remainder of the time.

Plenty of overtime available to boost your take home pay.
