Y'all, we're the kind of tired that comes from making a whole LOT of ship happen. We're also incredibly grateful.
Yesterday, we broke records with 559 packages out the door and 29 shipments in a single day!
To our ever-growing FUSS family, THANK YOU for showing up, trusting us, and making days like this possible. And to our USPS carriers, who work just as hard to get all that ship moving...we see you, we appreciate you, and we couldn't do this without you!
We're exhausted and grateful beyond words. What a wonderful problem to have! 🥰🐾

Tips and Tricks Tuesday? Not today, y'all. We're still recovering from Monday! 🫩
Yesterday was proof once again that Sylacauga has the hottest VINTED closets in the country. SO much ship happening!
And while we love welcoming new faces into the FUSS family, we're REALLY missing our Chief Happiness Officers. Batman and Delilah would have so much to supervise, inspect, and judge around here.
Turns out the Duo were right...the human could use a little help from management right about now. 🥰🐾

For 2+ years, y'all have FUSSed about it and we're listening:
We are so very grateful, but after thousands of printed labels, taped boxes, and helping prep packages for shipping at no charge, we're zooming through our supplies with the increased volume of incoming packages.
Going forward, there will be a minimum $1.00 charge for label printing, taping, and package preparation. Larger quantities requiring additional supplies or time may cost more.
Bringing your packages already packed, sealed, and labeled? Drop-offs are still FREE! We'll happily scan them and email your receipts, just like always.
And to everyone who's shown us a little extra love through the FUSS Bucket, thank you! Those contributions will continue going toward our community charities. 🥰

As if the parade wasn't enough fun yesterday, Bourbon on Broadway gave us another reason to enjoy our community and make some memories. We jumped at the opportunity to let one of our foster pups represent FUSS in style. Who can resist a four-legged postal carrier?🥰🐾
These are the things that make Sylacauga special...people coming together and everyone having a little fun along the way. Thanks, BoB's, for giving us another reason to love where we live!

Is your USPS package stuck...or just its tracking? 🤔
After several calls and emails this week about packages sitting in one place for days, we thought there might be a tip worth knowing: USPS tracking doesn't always tell the whole story in real time. A package can be moving through the system without every stop being scanned or showing up online.
Sometimes you'll see the same location for days and then BOOM! Tracking says DELIVERED. 😳
Not every delay is just a tracking issue, but don't automatically assume your package is lost because the tracking hasn't changed.
We've FUSSed so you don't have to! 🥰🐾

We're skipping our regularly scheduled Tips and Tricks this Tuesday for a full-blown heads-up:
We had 75 FedEx Ground drop-offs and shipments made yesterday. That's an amazing day for us, but...
Yesterday was also a Monday in every sense of the word. 😳
If you check tracking and see no movement today, there's a reason. Dispatching for our Ground pickup went wonky yesterday and no one showed. We made calls, we FUSSed, we still have 75 packages sitting at the back door waiting. Everything will head down the road as soon as FedEx gets here, but we didn't want you to think you'd been forgotten. 🥰

The Chief Happiness Officers would like to file a formal complaint.
It's been a few weeks since they've been able to report for duty, the FUSS family keeps asking where they are, and apparently being left at home to nap all day is NOT the luxury arrangement one might expect.
They're bored.
Y'all miss them.
And, frankly, the human has no entertainment at work anymore.
Judging by these faces, management would like this situation corrected immediately. 🥰🐾
