Come cook with us at QPS!!

We wanted to incorporate more fun ways to use our seafood and what better way than a crispy coho bowl fresh from Quinault Pride Seafood!

Bonus points for us today because we were blessed to have a YOP worker come and help us out with making this dish! Meet Shirley Mae!

The recipe:

Coho salmon *you can technically use any fresh/frozen seafood we have available 🙂‍↕️

Take the skin off of the seafood, dice up into cubes and generously season with SPG *salt, pepper, garlic! Paprika, some freshly squeezed lemon and some basil would be a great way to elevate! Put into an air fryer, oven or even fry!

While that’s cookin’ let’s create your sauce!

We ended up using about a cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons on sriracha
2 tablespoons of Japanese sesame sauce
And a table spoon of raw honey!
*adjust to your preference!

Build your bowl by adding in some rice, your cooked coho, veggies of choice and drizzle with your sauce. 🐠🍚
