The fee is imposed because the driver broke the law. That is just one aspect of your car towing service. We also offer emergency roadside assistance and emergency towing at affordable rates.

You have to wait if you need a tow late at night. A good car towing service, such as Quality Wrecker Service, is open around the clock. We know accidents happen and cars break down at all hours.

You can only call a local towing service if there was a wreck. QWS does a lot more than just towing accident vehicles. If you break down or if you just need a battery jump or a door unlocked.

The person towing your vehicle cannot break into it in order to tow it. The truth is that the person towing your car can enter if it is necessary to tow the vehicle, though he must take every precaution not to damage it. If damage is incurred, the liability is on the towing company.

Florida law requires you to Move Over a lane — when you can safely do so — for stopped law enforcement, emergency, sanitation, utility service vehicles and tow trucks or wreckers.

If you can’t move over — or when on a two-lane road — slow to a speed that is 20 mph less than the posted speed limit.
Slow down to 5 mph when the posted speed limit is 20 mph or less.
When you fail to Move Over, you put yourself and others at risk; you could crash into a vehicle or worker.

Violating the Move Over law will result in a fine, fees, and points on your driving record. For more information, see section 316.126, Florida Statutes.
