Sometimes the best thing you can do for your mind and body is simply change your scenery. 🌿💚

Step away from the stress, put down the phone, and spend a few quiet moments sitting in your garden. The fresh air, sunshine, birdsong, and beauty of growing things can calm the mind, lower stress, and help restore your energy. 🐦🌞💚

A change of scenery doesn't have to be a big adventure... sometimes healing begins just a few steps outside your door. 🌼✨

These beautiful white flowers are in bloom everywhere 🤩 Often overlooked as a roadside wildflower, daisy fleabane has a long history in traditional herbal medicine. 🌼🌿

Our ancestors used fleabane teas and poultices to help support the body during colds, fevers, headaches, inflammation, and minor digestive discomfort. It was also valued for its natural astringent properties and was sometimes used to help soothe wounds and repel insects — which is how it earned the name “fleabane.” 🤕🤒🍵

Nature has always provided medicine for those willing to learn its language. Next time you see these tiny daisy-like blooms swaying in the wind, remember: even the smallest plants can carry powerful healing traditions.✨🌼

🌸 How to Make Mimosa Tincture (Step-by-Step) 🌿

The mimosa tree (also called the “Tree of Happiness”) has long been valued in herbal traditions for supporting relaxation, mood balance, and restful sleep. Here’s a simple way to make your own tincture at home.

What You’ll Need:

• Fresh or dried mimosa bark or flowers
• A clean glass jar with lid
• High-proof alcohol (vodka works well)
• Knife or scissors
• Strainer or cheesecloth
• Dark glass dropper bottle for storage

Step 1: Harvest Responsibly 🌱

Collect mimosa flowers in bloom or small pieces of inner bark from healthy trees. Always harvest lightly and respectfully.

Step 2: Prepare the Herb ✂️

Chop the bark or flowers into small pieces to help release the beneficial compounds.

Step 3: Fill the Jar 🫙

Place the plant material into the jar until it’s about halfway full for dried herbs or 2/3 full for fresh herbs.

Step 4: Add Alcohol 🍶

Pour alcohol over the herbs until completely covered, leaving about an inch of space at the top.

Step 5: Seal & Shake 🌸

Close the lid tightly and give the jar a good shake. Label it with the date and contents.

Step 6: Let It Infuse ⏳

Store in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks. Shake gently every couple of days.

Step 7: Strain & Bottle 🌿

Strain through cheesecloth or a fine strainer and pour into a dark dropper bottle for storage.

✨ Traditionally, mimosa tincture has been used in small amounts for calming the mind and lifting the spirit.

⚠️ Always research herbal safety, proper identification, and possible interactions before use. Avoid use during pregnancy unless guided by a qualified professional.
