We wrapped up this year’s Driver Appreciation Week with our annual driver safety meeting this morning. We are truly fortunate to have such a great group of drivers. They’re dependable, take pride in their equipment, work hard, and represent GVD with professionalism and respect.

Our drivers are an important part of what makes this company what it is, and they deserve to be appreciated not just this week, but all year long. Without them, we simply wouldn’t be the company we are today.

To all the truckers out there. Thank you!🚛🇺🇸

Different trucks, different hauls, but the same willingness to help each other out. These 2 guys have been trucking for years, put the work in day to day and help us often. As with anything good, it takes a village, and we are thankful for Brian (our brother) and Jeff (our friend). Thank you to all the Owner Operators out there, we apprecaite you!

When George was young he would go to the hay lots with his dad just to see the hay trucks. The Southern California Cabover Truck and Trailer hay trucks were his favorite. George's start in trucking was hauling hay.

Often on Saturday's He and Ryan would search the internet for anything cool. In August of 2020 he asked Ryan if he new of any cool hay trucks for sale. He did, a former Fox Feed, 1986 COE Pete truck and trailer from Lancaster Ca was available. Ryan made the phone call and a few weeks later he went down to pick it up.

The restoration began, new interior, new trailer bed and of course green paint. The cabover truck and trailer will always remain George's favorite set up. Brian (George's youngest son) still hauls hay time to time, just like George did back in the day.
