Mechanic needed for full time position repairing boats, personal watercraft, and trailers. Applicants must have their own tools and transportation. Marine mechanic experience is preferred, however we are willing to consider any motivated technicians that are willing to learn. We service and repair a wide variety of watercraft (outboard, sterndrive, pwc, trailers, as well as installing all types of accessories and electronics). Compensation package is competitive, with increased earning incentives for quality and productivity. You will need to work Monday through Friday as well as some partial Saturdays in the busy season. We are looking for a motivated individual that can clean and detail boats, help our technicians as needed, and assist with facility maintenance. Applicant must have transportation and positive attitude. Job responsibilities will include washing, buffing, waxing boats/watercraft, providing an "extra hand" to technicians, and supporting the overall operations as needed. Earning potential depends on experience and abilities, as well as the possibility for production incentives. We are looking for a full time individual, that is a team player.
