Happy Father’s Day!

I’m particularly thankful for the fathers in my life today.

I have been blessed with a gentle, caring, and generous father. He has great patience and loves most everyone he meets. I love time spent with him!

Jon is a wonderful father and grandfather. He has always been involved and concerned about our sons and their lives. I’m so glad he is my partner.

I was blessed to inherit Don Clarke as a father when I married Jon. He is so loving to me and has taught his sons well to be good fathers and husbands.

Our youngest son, Matthew, graduated from UC Irvine today in Economics. Go Anteaters!

We are so proud of Matt for planning and completing his degree. The future is so bright!

A late Mother’s Day Post to a few of the special mothers in my life.

First came my mother Sue who gave me life and energized everything around me with her love, spirituality, and fun.

Second, I was blessed to inherit the best mother-in-law a girl could ask for, Cynthia Clarke. She is wise, loving, and kind.

Then, came the mothers to my granddaughters, Ali and Amanda. They amaze me with their grace, strength, and patience. I am filled with so much gratitude as I watch them nurture and teach their beautiful and bright girls, Ivy and Eliza.
