Job Description:

Safeway is looking for someone who can manage drivers and act as a point of contact for the company and be familiar with Non-Emergency medical transportation in the Navajo reservations.

Responsibilities:
- On-going calls with drivers and clients
- Provide high customer service within SafeWay Trans and with all clients
- Update the system with driver's trips, and notes when needed
- Print and bill all work service on a daily basis
- Be knowledgeable of all SafeWay Trans' contracts
- Travel may be required
- Other general office work

Required Qualifications:
- Reliable and highly motivated
- Organized, efficient and able to prioritize duties
- Ability to multi-task
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Work independently
- Use sound judgment; make timely decisions and solve problems
- Possess exceptional follow-up skills
- Work well under pressure
- Computer and phone skills

Driver qualifications:

Clean driving record in the past 5 years

First Aid and CPR up to date

-Have, or be willing to get a fingerprint clearance card - we can help you apply for your fingerprint clearance card if needed.

-Able to maintain your own clients and scheduling.
