Mile High Evolution LLC is looking for dependable CDL Owner Operators to lease on and join our short-haul aggregate team. If you’re an experienced driver with your own truck and trailer (belly dump or end dump), and you're tired of chasing inconsistent freight, tired of managing you compliance and dealing with shady carriers — we’re building something different. What You’ll Do
Haul aggregate materials (rock, sand, gravel) from local pits to job sites
Operate your own belly dump or end dump trailer
Deliver to construction, solar, residential, and industrial sites
Run short-haul routes — no OTR
Requirements
Valid CDL with 2+ years of verifiable experience
Must have your own truck and trailer (belly dump or end dump)
Must have valid clean truck and trailer inspection
Truck age does not matter but must be able to pass texas inspection
Experience with belly dump or end dump trailers is required
Must meet all DOT compliance standards
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Some weekends as work permits
Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Home every night
Compensation
80/20 split my MC
85/15 split your MC
Weekly pay (net 7)
No Escrow
Safety Bonuses for Clean DOT Inspections:
$150 for Level III
$200 for Level II
$300 for Level I
