▪️If you take antihistamines, check if they cause drowsiness. Keep tissues within reach so you’re not fumbling while driving.
▪️Warmer weather means more people are outside. Be extra alert in residential areas and near parks.

Before the yellow buses we know today, kids rode to school in horse-drawn wagons called “school hacks” or “kid hacks.”

These early school buses showed up in the late 1800s and were often little more than wooden carriages or farm wagons pulled by horses or mules. They were open to the weather, packed with children, and used mostly in rural areas where walking to school could take miles. Some even had rear doors so the horses would not get startled while children climbed in and out.
