has served the entire Oregon Coast, Southern Washington & the entire 1-5 corridor to the southern Oregon boundries with terminals in Tillamook, Portland, Astoria, Lincoln City, Eugene, Medford & Coos Bay. In 1922, Tillamook Portland Auto Freight was founded in Tillamook, Oregon and started at a delivery carrier for dairy deliveries to communities up and down the Oregon Coast. In 1936, this family

owned business which consisted of a father, brother-in-law and five partners, became the inbound and outbound freight carrier between Tillamook and Portland. Over the years, the Colleknon family purchased greater stock in the business until they became the only active owners, in the 1980's. Today, it has matured in TP Freight Lines, Inc., an LTL carrier, delivering freight of all kinds to the entire Oregon coast, Southern Washington and the entire I-5 corridor to the southern Oregon boundries. We work with most national and regional LTL carriers to expand and compliment their service points. Overnight connections to/from most of Washington, Oregon and Idaho is available. TP Freight Lines works closely with major companies and coroprations such as Nike, OLCC, Georgia Pacific, Northwest Natural, Columbia Sportswear, HD Supply, Werner Gourmet Meat Snacks & more! Over the years, TP Freight Lines has hauled and delivered everything from milk, cheese & bread in the 1920's, to fuel in the 1950's to logging equipment in the 1970's, as well as offering a packing & moving division. Today, TP Freight Lines houses terminals in multiple Oregon communities, including the cities of Warrenton, Portland, Lincoln City, Eugene, Medford, Klamath Falls, Coos Bay and of course Tillamook! Because of TP Freight Lines diversity and ability to adapt and grow with many dedicated and wonderful employees, we have been lucky enough to celebrate 100+ years in business. In 2022, TP Freight Lines was named "Business of the Year" by the Tillamook Chamber of Commerce. TP Freight Lines is an avid sponsor and supporter of local schools, youth sports, community outreach progams, local events and non-profit organizations. TP Freight Lines, Inc. announces sale of their Tillamook Terminal to Werner’s,
and the LTL Trucking Business to Z-10 / Team Shippers.

Tillamook,OR Release: June 12, 2025. For Immediate Release

TP Freight Lines, Inc. a small 100+ year old family LTL trucking business
headquartered in Tillamook, OR has announced two recent and separate
sales transactions: 1) the sale of their Tillamook building to Werner Gourmet
Meat Snacks, and 2) the sale of the LTL trucking business to Z-10 / Team
Shippers.
For now, plans are business as usual. Werners will keep TP Freight Lines, Inc.
as a tenant at the 3rd Street building, and Z10 will continue operating TP
Freight Lines, Inc as a regional LTL company - eventually expanding its
service offerings into other markets.
The real estate transaction closed May 7, 2025. The business deal closed
June 11, 2025. Jack Colleknon, former President, said “TP Freight has been
a part of the Colleknon Family for decades. We have been honored to be in
business for over 100 years. We could not have done that without dedicated
and exceptional employees. Our employees are our legacy. We have been
so impressed with Z10, and their dedication to acquiring the business. We
are confident they have the means and energy to keep this thing going. As
we contemplated our options for the future of TP Freight, we know this is the
best move for our employees, which has always been our top priority.
