If you're lighting up your home or business in Kenmore NY this holiday season, be sure to enter the Kenmore Business Association's "Deck the Village" holiday lights contest!

In an effort to promote holiday cheer and make Kenmore, NY a seasonal destination, we are excited to announce the 1st Annual Deck The Village Holiday Lights Contest.
This contest is open to Kenmore residents and storefronts. Submit a photo of your holiday display with address at the Kenmore Business Association website to be added to our Google map. (link below)
A total of 5 Prizes will be awarded ($100 in Gift Certificates from KBA members businesses). 3 for residential 2 for storefronts.

I'm happy to say that much of our display has been relocated to other Kenmore locations. The 10-foot tall Mega Tree will now be part of the Village's display at the Village Green (Delaware & Delaware) while the ribbons & arches (which haven't been out in a few years) and misc pieces went to the display on Colvin. Thanks to Kathleen and Mark!

Well folks, after 10+ years we're retiring our Christmas light display. Thanks to everyone who helped put up and take down, to everyone who donated toys and for all of the kind words. Some of the display will be sold this Saturday during the Gigantic Kenmore Garage Sale. If you're interested in the more technical stuff (controllers, etc), message me.

6 months until Christmas day!

Took all the lights down today - sure glad we got a break from the cold! Now I'll spend all weekend going through the piles in my front hall, bedroom and basement, organizing and labeling things for next year.

This is the last weekend for this year's display. I'll start putting things away sometime in April when it gets above freezing again ☃️

Merry Christmas! The lights will be in until 9:30 tonight and next weekend, 9:00 every other night. They'll be on all week, at least through New Year's Eve. Hoping for a warm up after Jan-1 to start putting things away.
