FT, PT, PRN, & Flex Schedules allow for primary, secondary, and as-needed work on your schedule. Schedule published in advance for picks. As little as 2 shifts a month or as many as 4 shifts per week - your choice. Bonuses are paid when call volume is high.

EMTs champion the BLS care team through a safe and timely medical transport process for a mix of routine IFT, urgent ED calls & standbys.

Duties

EMT scope of patient care in safe and timely transport
Represent as the patient-facing team member
Kind & effective communication
Completion of ePCRs before end-of-shift
Operate communication devices
Maintain vehicle & equipment
Keep EMT certifications updated
Qualifications

MIEMSS EMT & knowledge of protocols
If driver (not required): Be approved by insurance (age, license, & clean record)
Lift 250 pounds with a partner; more with additional assistance
Pass background & drug tests
