For any upcoming functions or special occasions in Fiji—such as weddings, birthdays, or Christmas—please ensure that your boxes are shipped at least 3 months in advance of the event date. This allows sufficient time for processing, transit, and potential delays, ensuring your items arrive on time.

Festive Season Pickup Schedule
We are still picking up shipments during this festive season.
Please take note of the following schedule:

Monday: Bay Area and Marin County (Mill Valley to Santa Rosa)
Friday: Sacramento area

After the New Year, pickups for Marin County will return to Wednesdays.

Shipping to Fiji will continue every two weeks.

SHIPPING UPDATE

SINCE OUR LAST POSTING ON JANUARY 27TH WE MANAGE TO BOOK AND LOAD SIX CONTAINERS LAST MONTH WHICH CLEARED ALL CARGOS FOR JANUARY. YOU SHOULD BE RECEIVING A TEXT REGARDING YOUR TRACKING FROM OUR OFFICE.

WE ARE ALSO GLAD TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE HAVE BEEN DELIVERING CONTAINERS FOR LAUTOKA CARGOES DIRECTLY TO LAUTOKA AS WELL AS TO OUR SUVA CUSTOMERS.

WE DO PICK UP EVERY WEEK FROM SAN JOSE/SAN FRANCISCO, THE GREATER BAY AREAS, SANTA ROSA, MARINE COUNTY AREA, SACRAMENTO AND THE SAN JOAQUINE COUNTY AREAS. WE ALSO SERVICE LOS ANGELES, SEATTLE AND PORTLAND.

OUR NEXT SHIPMENT WILL CUTOFF MARCH 31ST, SO PLEASE DON’T WAIT TILL LAST MINUTE TO HAVE YOUR BOX READY. DUE TO THE LIMITED SPACE, WE WILL HAVE TO MOVE YOUR SHIPMENT TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE SHIPMENT. SHIPMENT IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL, IT IS NOW TAKING 2-3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE IN FIJI.

Dear valued customer,

Since our last shipment in November which left port early December, 2021, the beginning of 2022 has marked one of our worst experiences in business so far, as we have not been able to secure a booking for the entire month of January let alone the end of December, 2021. Our bookings for the end of January were pulled out due to vessels loaded to maximum capacity. The situation isn't showing any signs of improvements soon with the port congestion and vessels omitting the only available routes to Fiji with one particular major carrier.
However difficult the situation may be, we have been working tirelessly at the backend trying for other alternatives to keep the ball rolling. Fortunately, we have found and secured bookings that are expected to depart on February 7th and arrive March 30th if everything goes to plan. Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your patience as we try to work out a solution even though we still don’t have any control of the shipping situations.
