The Seashore Lines Salutes our Veterans! 🇺🇸

The Seashore Lines is proud to announce the return of THE VETERANS EXPRESS on Saturday, November 7, 2026!

To salute our Veterans for their service to our great country, two special, patriotic-themed excursion trains will depart from the Richland Village Train Station!

This event will also feature THE SATIN DOLLZ! Step back in time and enjoy a vintage, USO-style show that will transport you to a time of charm! Experience the classic 1940's harmonies of The Satin Dollz as they bring to life the musical hits that defined an era.

This show is a journey through the very best of 1940s-themed entertainment....and it's all happening at the Seashore Lines!

The events will begin at 10:30am, and will feature a special performance of THE SATIN DOLLZ! At the conclusion of the show, the first excursion train will depart at 11:11am.

The second appearance of THE SATIN DOLLZ will begin at 12:50pm, with an excursion train departure following at 1:30pm.

Veterans and three family members are invited to attend this event and train ride free of fare, courtesy of the Seashore Lines!

Tickets MUST be reserved online as demand for this special event is limited.

This event is not solely exclusive to Veterans, as General Admission Tickets are also available to purchase for all!

AMERICA 250….IN WOODBINE! 🇺🇸

The Seashore Lines was thrilled to be a part of the Borough of Woodbine’s AMERICA 250 Celebration on July 4, 2026!

The Seashore Lines extends a distinguished ‘thank you’ to Woodbine Mayor William Pikolycky (AKA George Washington!) Clerk Laurie Boyd, Greater Woodbine Chamber of Commerce President Lisa Fisher, and the many dedicated staff members of the Borough of Woodbine who made this outstanding event possible!

The Seashore Lines wishes to thank its passengers, the Township of Weymouth, the Dorothy Volunteer Fire Company, Spark Electric Contractors and Sunbelt Rentals for a successful and record-breaking 2026 Fireworks Express operating day!🇺🇸🚂🎆

On Friday, July 3, the Seashore Lines safely and efficiently transported hundreds of passengers in air-conditioned comfort to the Weymouth Township - Estell Manor Fireworks Show aboard a special passenger train decorated for AMERICA 250!

In the included photos, passengers detrain at the Weymouth Township Municipal Commons, and enjoy complementary Seashore Lines gifts while preparing to watch the fireworks show!

After the show’s conclusion, boarding the train was safely completed with the help of our friends at the Dorothy Volunteer Fire Company and Spark Electric Contractors!

Thank you to our loyal customers for their continued patronage and to all who made the 2026 Fireworks Express an incredible success! 🇺🇸🚂

The Seashore Lines is proud to introduce a new member of its Comet I fleet, Car no. 1737!

Car no. 1737 was built for the Erie Lackawanna Railroad in 1971 to be used in push-pull commuter service in northern New Jersey. Ownership of the car was transferred to NJ Transit Rail Operations in the early 1980’s, where it served for over 20 years.

The Seashore Lines recently acquired car no. 1737 in December 2025.

As a special tribute to AMERICA 250 and the Seashore Lines’ own 30th Anniversary this year, the car has now been renovated in a brand new Red, White and Blue paint scheme!

Additional restoration work was completed by the Seashore Lines with the installation of new windows, interior refinishing, a new audio / sound system, replacement seats and new HVAC system components.

Car 1737 will make its inaugural Seashore Lines trip on the Seashore Lines Fireworks Express on July 3, 2026!

A special note of thanks to the dedicated and driven members of our staff who completed this amazing project, our commemoration of AMERICA 250!

Seashore Lines Fireworks Express train no. 311, departing Richland at 7:45PM on Friday, July 3 is now at capacity!

Advance reservations are now closed.

Extremely limited Walk-Up seating MAY be available at Richland Station prior to the departure of The Fireworks Express. Walk-Up tickets are available on a First-Come, First-Served basis and will not be placed on sale until all ticketed passengers are seated and it is determined by the Conductor that seating is available.

Note to passengers: Baggage Drop Off will close at 7:30PM (15 minutes prior to train departure). We expect a very high volume of baggage and checked items. If you plan to utilize this service, please plan to arrive no later than 7:30PM to allow your bags to be handled by our staff.
