Family owned and operated, Dabco Transportation Inc, was founded in 1959 by Don and Barb Wilkinson. The company was originally named D.S. As the business grew to multiple trucks, Don became an agent for some select larger companies with operating authority. In the mid 1970′s he had the opportunity to apply for his own operating authority and Dabco Transportation Inc ( Don and Barb Co) was born. To

day, the company is still family owned and operated and is run by brothers David Wilkinson (President) and Bruce Wilkinson (Vice President.) We specialize in pad wrapped fixtures to retail stores throughout the country. Another important part of our business is furniture transportation: pad wrapped and boxed furniture from California and Arizona to all points east. Be it TRUCKLOAD, LTL, ROLL-OUT, EXCLUSIVE USE, or EXPEDITED, we are here to service our clients safely, efficiently and quickly.

Nice to see some things returning to normal. Rain held out for the towns July 4th parade. Great turn out by lots of local organizations. The Tuckerton Masonic Lodge missed its 200th celebration last year with all the closure madness, but ready to jump back into opening up and helping the community kicking off its 201st year in town.

I told some of the workers I was talking to they should just go about their day using the crane and building. See how good he can hang on for 8 hours. By the end of the day he would either have fallen off or get hungry enough to come down. Hell leave him there as long as he likes. It’s not like he can do anything from up there. Just nobody walk under the crane. Don’t give him any attention. Still bout a dozen police and 2 fire rescue just sitting there. What a waste of their time.

Never a dull moment in DC. While waiting in front of one construction site on 4th street NE for my job site to open around the corner on N street I get boxed in by police and fire rescue. Find out that multiple protesters climbed to the top of the crane at the 4th street site. After bout half an hour made it outta there and onto my delivery site. Now all boxed in and good for about a 4 hour unload. Hopefully the protesters will have jumped by then and I can get outta here.

Gonna be a lot of trips to this job site outside of Philly. Only 15 units worth of kitchen cabinets fit in one truck. At least they don’t carry them up the stairs.
