Judy's Park Models I specialize in park models sales and rentals in award-winning Rincon Country East RV Resort in sunny Tucson, Arizona. Hello, I'm Judy Sinkular.

I sell and rent privately-owned and park-owned park models located in award-winning Rincon Country East RV Resort in Tucson, Arizona. Rincon Country East is located just minutes from Tucson shopping, dining, and attractions unique to our neck of the woods. Park models in Rincon Country East typically range from $15,000 – $30,000 for a used model and $40,000 – $65,000 for a brand new model. Rentals typically range from $900 – $2500 per month during the resort’s planned activities season, which runs annually from October through April. Dinners, dances, parties, shuttle excursions, and hobby clubs are just a smidgen of the fun to be had here. As a guest, you have access to the resort’s vast selection of activities and amenities. Buyers want to know what makes your home special—and recent updates can add confidence and value to your listing.

Before your home goes on the market, make a list of improvements such as:
