We are excited for this next step for Omni.

We’re proud of everything our team has accomplished during nearly eight years as part of Air Transport Services Group. We look forward to building on that success and continuing to deliver for our customers in this next chapter once the transaction is complete.

Today, we announced an agreement to sell Omni Air International to OAI Holdings, a private company, whose management team brings deep expertise in aviation.

This transaction supports our continued focus on air cargo transportation, aircraft leasing, and related maintenance and logistics services, positioning ATSG to invest in these businesses and pursue opportunities for growth.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 or early 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. Until then, Omni will remain part of ATSG.

For ATSG, the work continues: delivering safe, reliable service and moving our business forward with focus and momentum.
