Before and after of a recent fiberglass repair on a 621 Ranger.

What started as a few small cracks turned out to be much more than what was visible on the surface. After grinding into the damaged area, we found delamination and air voids deep in the fiberglass, extending into the red flake above.

We removed all of the damaged material, rebuilt the area with new fiberglass, and resprayed the repair for a seamless finish.

The boat left the shop looking brand new and ready for many more years on the water!

We recently completed a mobile Hull Pro installation on this 305 Grady-White in Bayfield, WI.

Hull Pro helps improve performance, makes bottom cleaning easier, and gives the gelcoat a high-gloss shine. On this particular boat, we removed the scum line and brought back a bright, clean white finish that really stands out.

This winter, we brought this boat back to life. Below are some before and after.

After replacing all the rotten plywood, installing new vinyl, a new Garmin Echomap, and a new MinnKota trolling motor, this boat is ready to get back on the water.
