Imagine standing inside a Saxon church built in AD 670 — its walls having heard every form of church music for over 13 centuries.
That's Escomb Saxon Church in County Durham. It's one of dozens of extraordinary stops on the 2027 Hymns & History Pilgrimage with Dr. D.J. Bulls.

From May 25 – June 5, 2027, a small group of 40 Christians will travel through England, Scotland, and Wales — singing hymns in historic chapels, cathedrals, and country churches. They'll walk where Wesley walked, sing where Newton prayed, and stand where Watts is buried.
