Happy Father’s Day!!

This Father’s Day, I want to honor two men who helped shape the person I am today.

My father, Ron Gillett Jr., built a trucking and excavating business. My uncle, Joe Bonnett Jr., built a financial advisory business. While their careers were very different, I was fortunate enough to learn from both sides of business, hard work, leadership, and life.

I lost them both during my first couple years of college, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about them. The lessons they taught me continue to guide me every day—whether I’m running a business, making tough decisions, or simply trying to be a better man.

Everything I’ve built is rooted in the values they instilled in me: integrity, work ethic, perseverance, and taking care of people.

I know they’re watching over me every day, and I hope they’re proud to see those lessons still being put into action.

Thank you for everything, Dad and Uncle Joe.

✔️ Haul it themselves and return when finished
