Looking for a great summer job working around boats and being outdoors? FLX Marine is hiring a dependable, hard-working Seasonal Yard Laborer to join our team for the busy summer season!

If you want a fast-paced summer role, enjoy hands-on work, and know how to safely handle equipment, this is the perfect fit.

📋 What You’ll Do This Summer:
Move Boats Safely: Utilize trucks, tractors, and skid steers to launch, retrieve, and stage boats around the property and showrooms.

Yard Maintenance: Keep the marina grounds, service bays, and outdoor storage areas clean, organized, and looking sharp for the season.

Team Support: Assist our service and sales teams with general physical labor, detailing prep, and keeping operations running smoothly during our peak months.

💪 What We’re Looking For:
Equipment Experience: Solid experience operating trucks with trailers, tractors, or skid steers is a massive plus.

Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work hard, and maintain a sharp eye for safety around expensive equipment.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stay on your feet, and work outdoors in all summer weather conditions.

Availability: Ready to commit to a consistent schedule for the duration of the summer season.
