We had a beautiful time in Delta at the Western Skies Balloon Festival. 🥳 🇺🇸

The details:
Whitnee and her team put together an amazing community event! It was expertly organized, included diverse activities: mud volleyball, sky diving, concert, magician show, balloon flights, glows, and tethered rides. Community sponsors were actually invited to participate, not just give $$. We could tell the team of 4 worked really hard!

We tethered for 2 hours on Friday morning and prayed with nearly everyone in line, something like 40 family groups. The first flight was a man with Parkinson's and his wife. I felt HS 's power on that one! ❤️‍🔥

Fri and Sat nights we glowed. The announcer engaged the pilots in burning to songs like Sweet Caroline, YMCA, and Dueling Banjos. 😂We prayed with a few people and gave out a plethora of cards. Faith conversations with a man who grew up LDS, ladies who were struggling with suffering, and a man disconnected from church right now.

Sat we flew sponsors and Allan landed in GRASS! 😭 Well, he technically landed on dirt, but we set down on grass!

Some un-forecasted wind showed up on Sun morning, so Jadyn & Conner didn't get to fly. 🙃

We had 9 new crew + 3 kids. Devotions were good, but didn't "land" the same.... Just a different spiritual climate.

400+ cards were distributed along with blessing in Jesus's name. We ENGAGED people in prayer- like praying WITH them, not FOR them. Leading folks in praise was fun.

We will go back. And also we plan to retire to that area because of Aspen and Conner. ❤️
