Hurricane Debbie and the heavy rain we received has caused the Little Salmon River to flood and cause extensive damage to numerous parts of Fort Covington, including Lewis Marine. We will need to close our marina for at least a few days starting Monday, August 12, 2024. We need to assess the damage and do some heavy cleaning as soon as the water completely recedes. If you have questions and/or concerns about your boat, please call 518-358-2560 and leave a detailed message. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient as we are working hard to clean things up as quickly as possible so we can reopen.

Spring is here again; Lewis Marine will be open for its 56th year in business. Starting April 10th, we will be open M-F 8am to 5pm and 8:30am to12:30pm on Sat. We will be closed on Sundays.
Please call 518-358-2560 for service. Please remember we do not make appointments. Boats and motors are serviced on a first come, first serve basis.

Unfortunately the boating season is coming to a close. We have already started winterizing and shrink wrapping boats. We also have implemented our Fall hours. Starting October 1st, we will be open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm. We will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please call the shop during business hours for pricing, (518) 358-2560. As the days get shorter and the leaves start changing Lewis Marine is now in the fall hours . Starting Sept. 27 we will be open Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm and Closed Sat. and Sunday .

Happy Spring everyone!! Welcome back to another season of boating!!! It's that time of year to be thinking about getting your boat & motor ready for better weather. Although Lewis Marine is not officially open, I will be at the marina next week (March 29th – April 2nd) to check the answering machine and respond to all requests.

Starting on April 5th, 2021 Lewis Marine will be open for the season. Our hours will be:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
