A thriving towing company in Seattle, WA Currently looking for a dedicated Tow Truck Driver to fill an opening.
Ideal candidates should have a clean driving record. We will consider minor history.
● Be part of an elite team of towing and recovery drivers that are helping rescue, recover, and
repair the many men and women in the transportation industry that are stranded on a daily basis.
● Execute calls issued by fleet dispatcher.
● Maintain an acute safety awareness at all times; understand and abide by all safety standards
and requirements.
● Provide quality service while always having a sense of urgency.
● Ability to take direction from the fleet dispatcher.
● Effectively study a map or use GPS to arrive at destination on time.
● Operate ALL equipment with care including washing/cleaning truck weekly.
● Ability to operate safely and effectively while under pressure.
● Demonstrate responsiveness to requests from others; provide support and assistance when
needed.
● Establish and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, other
emergency service providers, customers and the public.
● Maintain regular consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to
relevant health and safety procedures.
● Valid driver's license in the state of WA
● Experience in towing, recovery or transport of semi-trucks strongly preferred but willing to train
the right candidate
● NO serious traffic violations in the last 5 years prior to employment or after being hired
● Must be at least 21 years of age
The starting salary for this position ranges from $17.00-$20.00 hourly, depending on experience.
