Follow up to the last Polymer Process post…doesn’t get much cleaner of an install than this. I mean check out them rivet lines and finished edges!

Little peek into our precision polymer process. The bottom piece is drawn in CAD to include all rivet holes, bevels/chamfers and bend lines. Then it’s programmed in EnRoute which creates the CNC file needed by our router to run the program. Once loaded, we hit run and 25min later we’ve got a completely cutout precision piece of poly that perfectly matches our boat bottom and is ready for install.

Just another process we’ve improved on in order to offer the highest quality boat we can!

New for 2024, our extended 4 blade V-series hub assembly. This will add 4 inches in diameter to any standard 4 blade Airboat J-series prop model.

This time we had the exhaust & speaker box out of the hull and set the tare for the rigging straps…not too bad for a 15x8 hull, not too bad at all 😎

Not to shabby for a 15’x8’ REVO SSR hull. Coupled with 1100+hp, a Ballistic Drives counter rotator gear drive and Sensenich Propeller Manufacturing props this sucker should ride out pretty damn nice!

Another killer REVO making its way through the fab shop and about ready to go to paint. This REVO will be anything but short on power with its 900+hp supercharged LS and Ballistic Drives billet counter rotator and Sensenich Propeller Manufacturing saber setup. Jason Riddle will be sliding them Nebraska rivers in style next summer!

Put the CNC equipment to good use getting ’s new supercharged Raptor cut and broke. With a 1000+hp on tap and a counter-rotator, this will be one bad m**o!

Another supercharged Raptor that’s sliding through the shop. This one has some custom seat boxes, radius grassrake, hard-piped exhaust with flared tips and built in insulated coolers on each side of the hull.

Won’t be long and Steve Adams will be sliding this beauty through the skinny waters of Flordia, stay tuned!

Another Raptor making its way through the shop this week! Spec’d out by the customer, this bad boy is the first of its kind with a slightly deeper hull than usual and made to handle those Oklahoma and Texas Rivers. It’ll be well outfitted and powered with an LT4. Stay tuned as this build progresses.
