It's been a busy summer so far. The past couple days we have been building a main, jib and genoa for an Oday.

Proper sail maintenance is very important. This hank on Genoa was way over due. The grommets corroded out a long time ago and now the hanks are pulling on just the sailcloth. Also look how worn the hanks are from wearing on the stainless headstay. This has caused them to rip out of the sail and also a large rip across the sail. We are going to add all new grommets and hanks and he will be good to go for the holiday weekend.
