Texas boating law reminder
If you were born on or after September 1, 1993, you are REQUIRED to have completed a Texas Boater Education Course to operate certain vessels.

It’s not optional. It’s the law.
Know before you go and keep your day on the water stress-free.

Boating should end with sunsets and smiles — not citations.

PARK ALERT: Due to low water levels, we have closed both courtesy docks at our boat ramps. Two of the three boat launch lanes are still open. Extreme caution is advised when boating on the lake due to low water levels.

PARK ALERT: Due to the dropping water level of the lake, the following are now closed: western facing boat ramp (by the old park store) and BOTH courtesy docks. There are still two lanes that can be used for launching boats. However, there are no docks for loading/unloading.
