Sheriff Grady Judd Drops Hammer on Teen Takeovers: No Chaos in Polk County

Florida Sheriff Grady Judd is done with the TikTok-fueled teen takeover nonsense destroying businesses and streets in other cities. In a no-holds-barred warning, the tough-talking Polk County lawman made it crystal clear that lawlessness won’t fly on his watch.

“Listen — that’s NOT going to work in Polk County!” Judd declared. “I GUARANTEE you, they start acting a fool, tearing up businesses, fighting in the streets? We’re gonna LIGHT THEM UP, ALL OF THEM!”

He didn’t stop there. Parents who let their kids run wild will face the music too.

“And then mommy and daddy, if you don’t hold them accountable personally? We’re gonna LOCK THEM UP, TOO! Or charge you civilly, depending on which laws we can plug in.”

Judd reminded everyone of the existing laws already on the books: “There’s a whole lot of laws that not only hold juveniles responsible, adults responsible, but parents responsible for your children’s conduct to include juvenile curfews.”

He urged families to step up before summer hits: “Parents, hold your children accountable so we don’t have to. We will hold them accountable if you make us, but then we’re going to hold you accountable too!”

This is real leadership — accountability for kids and consequences for parents who fail to parent. While blue cities coddle chaos, Florida’s Sheriff Judd is protecting communities the old-fashioned way: with swift justice and zero tolerance. Other sheriffs should take notes. Law and order works.

This story makes me happy! Its about time the locals start enforcing tow truck laws, do not feel bad for this driver, by operating a tow truck in the state of florida without the company name, address and phone number he committed a felony whether he owned it or not! These rouge tow trucks have invaded St Lucie County over the last several years with absolutely no enforcement by local, county or state police! Ask your your self if you had a legit towing business why wouldnt you at least put your name on the truck? Of course you would repeat business and name recognition is everything in this business! Accidents do happen in this business, maintenance is everything, im the sure the winch line was wore out an should have replaced many tows ago, but when a accident does happen thats what insurance is for, however i find with these fly by nights they dont even carry the required minimum insurance for tow trucks! Unfortunately the customer and pslpd might be paying for their own repairs more than likely!
God is so good! Atleast there were no injuries in incident, it could have been so much worse!
I ask both of Chiefs of Police and Sheriff Deltoro to start enforcement on all tow trucks for the safety of the citizens an motoring public of St Lucie County, safety inspections for properly maintained equipment, properly identified trucks and check for required liability for the tow truck and on-hook insurance for the vehicle being towed!
I also ask that the St Lucie County Commision look into licensing/permitting all wrecker drivers in the county, like palm beach, broward and dade county has! There are some bad people operating in the area, its time we make an effort to clean it up!
Also note thats its illegal for a tow truck, repair shop and or their represented to stop and roadside solicit for business, especially at accident scenes! PLEASE RE-POST
