When the requested upgrade for my honeymoon clients makes its way out of the email >>>>>

My clients arrived safely to Xcaret in Mexico yesterday! The bride messaged me this morning and said she forgot to tell me they upgraded their room for them!

I almost ALWAYS request upgraded rooms for my clients… it doesn’t always work but when it does, I’m SO excited that it did! This lovely couple was originally suppose to have a garden view… but got upgraded to a stunning ocean view 😍

I cannot wait for them to explore xcaret parks today, and to hear how amazing everything was!

The notification ‘flight delayed’ is one of the WORST as a travel agent. Seriously, the worst. But, Southwest had a huge win today because they rebooked my clients WHOLE flight, connection and all. Since their flight ultimately got cancelled, they would’ve missed the connection with the rebooking, so hallelujah for them rebooking not just one leg of the flight, but BOTH! Which saves me from a headache of calling 😂🙌🏽

Now my clients can take a deep breath and relax for the first leg of their flight, have a few drinks at their layover, and then enjoy arriving at Xcaret resort in Mexico after a day of travel! 🫶🏼

I hope they have the BEST honeymoon after a little change on their first day!

When you realize you’ll have a fresh newborn in early February with 40+ individuals traveling for one trip.… and a handful of other trips already booked for that time… it’s fine, everything’s fine.

But this is why I no longer am able to book for the end of January/early Feb 😅😂

I’m telling you as your travel agent though, I will make it happen. Whether I’m birthing a baby or whether I’m home healing, I will make it happen. Because my clients can always count on me. 🫶🏼 and that’s a promise!

I have a honeymoon couple exploring Miami for the day and headed out tomorrow on their Virgin Voyage cruise! They are exploring Puerto Plata and Bimini! I cannot wait to hear how they enjoy their honeymoon in their first cruise!
