Since 1987, we've grown from a single truck to a fleet of over 40 trucks and run dry and refrigerated freight from coast to coast, with a number of dedicated lanes. Mechanic Wanted !!

Hamilton Trucking Company Inc. is a great family-owned and growing company with over 40 trucks. We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, experienced mechanic to work in a fast-paced climate-controlled facility. Experience with Freightliner, Kenworth, International, and other makes of semi-trucks preferred as well as a working knowledge of Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration units, and also Great Dane and Utility trailers. Must be able to lift over 100 lbs., have your own tools, and be willing to work full-time (overtime available). A Class A CDL license is a plus but not required. Qualified applicants will make $22 to $35 per hour (based on experience) with Company Paid Benefits for the Employee.

Option 1: Company Paid Benefits that include:

o Blue Cross Blue Shield Health for the Employee
o AFLAC (18.70 per month)
o $20,000 Life Insurance Policy for the Employee

Some drivers need full benefits and some would rather make more money and do without the benefits.

Weekly pay of $1300 to $2100 per week with 2 Weeks’ Paid Vacation after the first year (Option 2 requires a minimum 2100 miles per week)

OTR CDL - Company Drivers and Owner Operators for full or part-time work preferably with RE**ER experience. We are a family-owned Transportation company with an open-door policy
Home Weekly, avg 3000 miles a week, and Regional drivers are usually home every other day.
If you have your own authority we pay 94% of revenue with FSC.
• 1-year tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years • Minimum 23 years of age • No DUIs, Careless or Reckless driving within the last 5 years • No more than 1 preventable accident within the last 3 years
Top Company drivers make up to $80,000 per year. Starting company drivers are paid up to $0.50 per mile plus paid benefits and Owner Operators are paid 91% line haul and 100% FSC.
