Epic Limo is Now Hiring a Full-Time Reservationist!

Epic Limo is a growing transportation company with our main office located at the Porter County Regional Airport in Valparaiso, IN. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservationist.

Position Details:

Location: Porter County Regional Airport, Valparaiso, IN

Schedule:

Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays (2 per month): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $14/hour, with an increase to $15/hour after 90 days

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about our transportation services

Provide accurate quotes and estimates for reservations

Schedule and manage customer reservations efficiently

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions

Perform general office duties and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Basic computer proficiency (typing, word processing, email, social media, etc.)

Previous office experience preferred, but not required
