Never a dull moment when we get together! 💙

Today was extra exciting as we got to congratulate Kristyn on her new position as Sales Director at the fabulous American House! 🎉👏

We had the chance to tour a few of the beautiful models — and can we talk about that view?! 😍

And today I had our very own Tiffany McAlpine, one of our amazing Move Managers, tagging along with me! 💙 I want our team to have the opportunity to meet and learn more about the incredible community partners we work with — but just as importantly, I want our partners to get the chance to know our team and see the heart behind what they do. That’s what WeCare is all about.

The American House team is so fortunate to have Kristyn, and I can’t wait to see all the exciting things she brings to her new role. Congratulations, Kristyn! We’re so happy for you and excited to watch you shine! 💙

A wonderful evening of connections, conversations, and community! 💙

A huge thank you to Seniors Blue Book of South Florida for hosting our Partners Happy Hour at the fabulous Discovery Village Sarasota Bay!

It was such a great evening filled with networking, delicious food, familiar faces, and the opportunity to make new connections with so many incredible professionals who share a passion for serving seniors in our community.

Thank you to Discovery Village Sarasota Bay for the beautiful setting and wonderful hospitality. We always enjoy opportunities like this to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the relationships that allow all of us to better serve seniors and their families.

Our advice? Start with the 'one-year rule'—if you haven't used it or loved it in the last year, it's okay to let it go. We helped a family last week clear their hallway closet in just 30 minutes using this!

Team meeting Saturday — and maybe our BEST one yet! 💙

This meeting felt different. We spent more time talking about ideas, growth, and moving forward than we did talking about what went wrong. And THAT is a really good feeling!

I’m incredibly proud of this team and where we’re headed. After the meeting, we enjoyed lunch, some laughs, and time just hanging out together. 💙

I want to give a BIG shoutout to this entire team — our movers, packers, Move Managers, administrative team, management, schedulers, and everyone behind the scenes who keeps WeCare moving forward every single day! 👏

These guys AND gals are our WHY and our HOW.

From answering that first phone call and coordinating schedules, to carefully packing treasured belongings, managing every detail of a relocation, doing the heavy lifting, unpacking, organizing, hanging pictures, and helping our clients feel at home again — every single role matters.

They show up. They work hard. They care about our clients. They care about each other. And they represent what WeCare is all about.
