Kaplan Tarps and Cargo Controls began manufacturing tarps and covers over a century ago in Williamsport PA. In the years since we have come a long way and in 2009 we expanded into a new location in Manchester CT. Despite the inevitability of growth and change it has always been our tradition to bring the highest quality to our manufacturing. It is that same tradition that has helped carry
us for over a century, and we have no doubt that it will carry us forward for many years to come. Products:
