🇺🇸 This is a remote opportunity for U.S. citizens who are physically based in the United States. We are NOT hiring overseas or “virtual freight agents.”
We’re a family-owned freight brokerage built around a simple idea: experienced agents should be rewarded for their performance, maintain control of their customer relationships, and have dependable back-office support behind them.
💰 WHAT WE OFFER
🔹 Tiered commissions up to 80% based on monthly gross profit
🔹 Weekly commission payouts
🔹 Full back-office support — carrier onboarding, vetting, invoicing, collections, compliance, and documentation
🔹 Access to our Transportation Management System (TMS)
🔹 You maintain ownership of your book of business
🔹 Direct communication with ownership and fast decision-making
🔹 No technology cost once you reach $10,000+ in monthly gross profit
🔹 100% remote opportunity within the United States
📈 COMMISSION STRUCTURE
60% — Up to $15,000 monthly gross profit
70% — $15,001–$30,000 monthly gross profit
80% — Over $30,000 monthly gross profit
Commission is calculated on gross profit — customer revenue minus carrier pay. No complicated formulas. A straightforward, transparent structure designed to reward performance.
🎯 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience
✅ Active and verifiable book of business
✅ Must be based in the United States
✅ Must be a U.S. citizen
✅ Self-sufficient professionals capable of managing their own customer relationships and freight ex*****on
