We provide the back-office support you need while allowing you to maintain control of your customers and your business.

What We Offer:

• Tiered commission structure up to 80%, based on monthly gross profit
• Weekly commission payouts
• Full back-office support, including carrier onboarding, vetting, invoicing, collections, compliance, and documentation
• Access to our Transportation Management System (TMS)
• You maintain ownership of your book of business
• Direct communication with ownership and fast decision-making
• No technology cost once you reach $10,000+ in monthly gross profit.

Compensation Structure:

• 60% – Up to $15,000 in monthly gross profit
• 70% – $15,001–$30,000 in monthly gross profit
• 80% – Over $30,000 in monthly gross profit
Commission is calculated on gross profit (customer revenue minus carrier pay), providing a simple, transparent compensation model that rewards performance.

Who This Is For:

• Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience
• Active and verifiable book of business
• Self-sufficient professionals who can manage customer relationships and freight ex*****on
