✈️ Victoria County Approves Summer Air Travel Incentive Program from May 26 – August 31

Summer is here, and with it comes summer travel. The Victoria County Commissioners Court has approved a new air travel rebate program for Victoria County residents flying out of Victoria Regional Airport.

Travelers who book and complete a United Airlines round-trip flight valued at $300 or more, departing from Victoria to Houston and beyond, will receive a $100 reimbursement. Residents traveling as a couple or family who complete a round-trip flight valued at $600 or more will receive a $250 reimbursement.

Please note the following administrative requirements that must be met prior to receiving reimbursement:

1. The promotion period runs from May 26, 2026, through August 31, 2026. Tickets purchased outside of this timeframe will not qualify.
2. All Victoria County residents are eligible to apply. Proof of residency, proof of purchase, a completed flight itinerary, and a boarding pass are required with each request.
3. The trip must be booked, completed, and the reimbursement requested within the promotional timeframe listed above.
4. Flights booked on airlines other than United Airlines will not qualify.
5. Flights must originate from Victoria Regional Airport to qualify.

✈️ Victoria County Approves Holiday Air Travel Incentive Program

With the holiday travel season approaching, the Victoria County Commissioners Court has approved a new air travel rebate program for residents. Victoria County travelers who book and complete a round-trip flight to Houston from the Victoria Regional Airport (FlyVictoriaTX) between December 1, 2025 and January 6, 2026 are eligible for a $100 rebate. Flights must be booked through United Airlines, and proof of completed travel and residency can be submitted to [email protected].

“We invite Victoria County residents to come see all the improvements we’ve been making at our county airport, and take advantage of incentives like this $100 round-trip rebate. Flying from Victoria is more convenient than ever, and I encourage local residents to skip the holiday travel hassles around Houston and fly Victoria first,” said County Judge Ben Zeller.
