Terms: 10% buyers premium 6% sales tax. CASH ONLY!!! $50 cash cleaning deposit on each Unit purchased, deposit refunded once unit is swept clean. If you bid please do not bid over the amount of cash that you have brought. Unfortunately we have no extra time for atm visits. Everything will be sold as-is, we will cut the locks 🔒 on each unit that morning and will open the door and sell the contents of each unit. You will be required to sweep the unit floor clean and take everything with you. The use of dumpsters are prohibited. The number of units may change alittle. But we always have plenty to go around!!! Bring your own locks 🔐 to secure the units you buy please.
