We are looking for 4 motivated, physically fit individuals to join our Snow Removal Team!

📍 Lincoln, NE – 3 positions available
📍 Wahoo, NE – 1 position available

Job duties include:

* Shoveling snow
* Operating a walk-behind salt spreader
* Operating snow blowers
* Assisting with snow and ice removal during winter storms

Requirements:

* Must be physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor work
* Must be available 24/7 during snow and ice storms
* Hours will vary depending on the severity and timing of each storm
* Must have reliable transportation to the assigned work site
* Dependable and willing to work in cold, winter conditions

💰 Starting pay: $20-25/hour

On this project, we excavated for a new parking lot extension for a commercial construction project. We prepped the area for asphalt to be brought in and installed.

This will allow the landscaping and sprinkler systems to be installed. Once that’s completed, we’ll be back to finish the final grade and drill seed.

Wrapping things up on this project today, which we started back in the spring.

We completed all the initial dirt work for the house pad, built the driveway, and came back to finish it off with a coating of 1” clean limestone on top the 3” limestone base along with the final grading.

🚧 42” County Road Culvert Replacement 🚧

Another project in the books! Our crew recently completed the replacement of a 42-inch county road culvert. We installed a 46-foot pipe to replace the old 40-foot pipe, providing additional clearance and making it easier for trucks and trailers to turn when coming off the road.

Another improvement that will make a difference for local traffic and help keep the road safer and more accessible.
