Progress is something to be embraced, but one has to think through the consequences when adopting new things, especially something as significant as AI. IMHO, if you don't give your customer the option to talk to a live operator, your CSR metrics are going to crash.

Instead of a strike, which has proven difficult to organize, let alone execute, why not try this tactic:

Agree on or schedule a five-minute window (best at rush hour) where every rideshare drive shuts down their app or, if you have pax or delivery, just plain stop the car. Do it one city at a time. Publicize it in advance so public knows why. If it trends up, you're on your way.
